General principles

This agreement may be updated by CGreen Accelerator at any time, and users should pay attention to and agree to it in a timely manner. Notices, announcements, statements or other similar content are part of this agreement and have the same legal effect as this agreement. 2. Please read this registration agreement carefully. After clicking Agree, this agreement constitutes a binding legal document for both parties.

Article 1 User Registration

1. User registration refers to the process of logging into the Bobcat Accelerator, filling in relevant information as required, and confirming agreement to this service agreement. 2. Users of the Bobcat Accelerator must be natural persons with full capacity for civil conduct. 3. This product is non refundable once sold, and CGreen Accelerator provides after-sales service.

Article 2: User's Account, Password, and Security

Once the user successfully registers and becomes a legitimate user of this product, CGreen Accelerator will be responsible for the security of the username and password. If the username and password security issues are caused by personal behavior, our company will not be responsible. In addition, each user is fully responsible for all activities and events conducted under their username. If users discover any illegal use of user accounts or security vulnerabilities, please contact customer service immediately for resolution.

Article 3: Users shall fulfill their obligations in accordance with the law

This agreement is formulated in accordance with relevant national laws, regulations, and rules, and the user agrees to strictly abide by the following obligations:

(1) Not allowed to transmit or publish: speech that incites resistance, undermines the implementation of the Constitution, laws, and administrative regulations, incites subversion of state power, overthrows the socialist system, incites separatism and undermines national unity, incites ethnic hatred, discrimination, and undermines ethnic unity;

(2) The transmission of data and information from Chinese Mainland to foreign countries must comply with relevant Chinese laws and regulations;

(3) Do not use this website to engage in illegal and criminal activities such as money laundering, stealing trade secrets, and stealing personal information;

(4) Do not interfere with the normal operation of this website, and do not invade this website or the national computer information system;

(5) Do not transmit or publish any illegal, harassing, defamatory, insulting, intimidating, harmful, vulgar, obscene, uncivilized or other information materials;

Article 5 Jurisdiction and Application of Law

The conclusion, execution, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this agreement shall be governed by the effective laws applicable in the mainland of the People's Republic of China (excluding its conflict of laws rules). In the event of any conflict between this agreement and applicable laws, these terms shall be fully reinterpreted in accordance with legal provisions, while other valid terms shall remain in effect. If there is any dispute between the contracting parties regarding the content or implementation of this agreement, both parties shall make every effort to resolve it through friendly consultation; If the negotiation fails, the user fully agrees to bring the dispute or controversy to the people's court with jurisdiction over the location of Bobcat.
